Our Fit Kidz fitness sessions, aimed at children and young adults, are both lively and fun… we mix functional training with bootcamp-style circuit sessions using junior-specific equipment – junior battle ropes, light-weight slam balls, 2kg ViPRs (new to the UK), a TufNut flip tyre, junior Bosu balls, light-weight force bags, crawl tunnels, hurdles, and rebounders. We may even set-up an assault course for some sessions, all dependent on the number of children booked and their ages. We also have a unique Tag Rugby game with a fitness-orientated twist! Each session lasts 45 minutes to an hour and first timers can request a FREE initial taster session so why not give it a go… your children will be desperate to come again!!!

• Perfect for Health & Wellbeing Weeks, activities can include an assembly presentation around nutrition and wellbeing followed by functional fitness activities for each of the year groups
