Having experienced a Fit Kidz session at the World Games Day, I knew this would be a great addition to our Health Related Exercise unit for our Year 4 pupils, a year group identified as less active and including a group of pupils whose focus we really wanted to gain during PE lessons. Sessions were well organised and included a range of different and exciting equipment that we would not be able to afford or have space to store in school. Chris provided great motivation and really made an effort to get to know the children, despite only working with each class for 4 weeks. Letting each child set their own personal challenge provided an individual focus and everyone was pleased to receive their certificates from Chris in our celebration assembly.
Astala had a great 5th birthday party and everyone had lots of fun. Chris is very friendly and accommodating and offers something a bit different, which is great. Lots of energy and happy smiling faces and that’s what you want for a kids birthday. Would definitely use his service again.
Chris has been professional and committed from the outset and this has enabled me to achieve very quick results in my strength, endurance and all round fitness. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone seeking improvements to their fitness regime no matter what your level, from beginner to the more advanced.
I have been on a personal health and wellbeing mission over the last 3 years. Since losing over 15 stone of weight, my life has changed dramatically. Since being a member of David Lloyd in Stevenage Leisure Park I had met Chris Bull who was the class instructor on a weekly fitness studio class. I had seen his motivation and eagerness to help and assure new class members such as myself along the way. He has been an absolute star for me personally. I now regularly see him for one-to-one personal training sessions. He knows my limits as I am approaching my mid 40’s. He understands my goals and helps me achieve them with the correct motivation. He is very knowledgeable, and this shows if I ever have an injury, as he adapts my training accordingly. He has helped me with diet advice and if I am training alone in the gym I know he is always around if I have any questions with regard to techniques on a new machine or equipment.
If you are looking for an approachable friendly guy who doesn’t judge or presume your levels, then he is your guy.
