Our Fit Kidz fitness sessions, aimed at children and young adults, are both lively and fun… we mix functional training with bootcamp-style circuit sessions using junior-specific lightweight equipment – battle ropes, slam balls, 2kg ViPRs (new to the UK), a TufNut flip tyre, children’s rowers, trampolines, bounce balls, Bosu balls, corebags, kettlebells, dip bars, hurdles, and rebounders. School Curriculum (single sessions, half- and full-day workshops, multi-day programs)

• Single 1-hour sessions @ £100 each
• Single half-day school workshops @ £200 each
• Single full-day school workshops @ £350 each
• 3-week afternoons-only program @ £375 (one afternoon per week, 3 continuous weeks)
• 3-week mornings-only program @ £450 (one morning per week, 3 continuous weeks)
• 3-week full-day program @ £750 (one day per week, 3 continuous weeks)
• 6-week afternoons-only program @ £600 (one afternoon per week, 6 continuous weeks)
• 6-week mornings-only program @ £700 (one morning per week, 6 continuous weeks)
• 6-week full-day program @ £1,150 (one day per week, 6 continuous weeks)

Our sessions, workshops and programs are perfect for Health & Wellbeing weeks, National Sports Week, and school-specific sports weeks, or one-off enrichment days / half-days. Activities can include an assembly presentation around nutrition and wellbeing as well as functional fitness activities for each year group dependent on duration of booking

Children’s & Young Adults sessions and after-school clubs
